What we collect

When you submit the demo request or contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, restaurant name, email address, phone number, how many outlets you run, your business type, what system you use today, and any message you write.

This website does not store form submissions in a database. They are delivered to us by email and nothing else.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you asked for a demo, to arrange and prepare it. The questions about outlet count and current system exist so the demo is relevant to your restaurant rather than generic.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies to track you across other websites and does not build a profile of you as an individual.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information to anyone.
• We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and confirm in writing.
