- Do you handle inventory and stock?
- Partly, and we would rather be straight about it. You can track stock at the product level and mark items unavailable when they run out, which stops the till selling something the kitchen cannot make. Full ingredient-level stock control — suppliers, purchase orders, recipe costing and wastage — is on our roadmap but is not available today. If that is essential for you right now, tell us during the demo and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit yet.
- Can I manage more than one outlet?
- Yes. Each branch keeps its own menu, prices, tax settings, staff and opening hours, while you see the whole group from one login. You can switch between branches without logging out, and compare their performance side by side.
- Which payment methods are supported?
- Twelve: cash, card, eSewa, Khalti, IMEPay, Fonepay, bank transfer, cheque, QR code, mobile banking, credit and split payments. Each is recorded separately so your end-of-day reconciliation matches what actually came in.
- Does it handle VAT and PAN on bills?
- Yes. Your PAN or VAT number, registration details and branch address print on the receipt, and tax and service charge are calculated per branch — useful when outlets sit under different registrations.
- Does it follow the Nepali fiscal year?
- Yes. Orders, bills, payments and expenses are filed into fiscal-year batches such as FY 2080/81, so closing a year is a clean cut rather than a spreadsheet exercise. Your accountant sees the periods they expect.
- Can guests order from their table?
- Yes. Each table gets its own QR code. Guests scan it, browse your live menu and send their order straight to the kitchen — which cuts trips across the floor when you are busy.
- Can I split a bill?
- Yes, on Professional and Enterprise. Divide a bill across guests, or take part payment now and the balance later — the bill tracks what is settled and what is still open.
- Is there a customer loyalty programme?
- Not yet. Customer profiles, order history and loyalty are on the roadmap. Today the system focuses on running the service rather than marketing back to guests.
